YAMAHA ECU adjusts fuel mixture automatically,
it's direct bolt-on pipe with power improve:
Horsepower: 2.77 ps @ 8,500 rpm (Stock 1.94 ps)
Torque: 0.24 kg·m @ 5,200 rpm (Stock 0.21 ps)

2 piece arms tied by screws, without Heat Treated,
or Hard Anodizing Electrolyte, aluminum will not strong
enough to support the weights & absorb vibration;

- This should be laser cut with bending machine processed,
even they said this made for GY6 engine, but it still has
huge gap when installed on a RUCKUS.


- Welding is poor quality even covered by Chrome Coating,
you still be able to see non-smooth finishing surface;

- China cloned carburetor "KAIHEN", logo looks very irony;

NCY Disc Brake Kit problem fix.

NCY Disc Brake Kit + 10" x3J Wheels' problem fix.
As some customers might be ware,
new 10" x3J Front Wheel has a different offset,
so wheel axle can not reach opposite side & lock the nut,
because NCY supplied older 10" x2.15J bushes set in July to
jiangwayne.com, to fix the fitting problems, please do following:
1. Install 12mm Short Bush @ Rotor side.
2. Direct bolt-on Adapter & Caliper, NO Bushes.
3. Direct bolt-on Fork & Speedometer Gear, NO Bushes.
4. Install the Axle came with kit, that's it!

Do NOT do following:
- Follow NCY's instruction, it's wrong.
- Make new bushes, it's not necessary.
- Get longer axle, RUCKUS front end is not Trapezoid.
- Throw the disc brake kit away, we guarantee it works.
- Yelling to jiangwayne.com, because we fixed NCY's problem.
